Our Company is expanding its business development team and searching for an experienced sales executive with a strong technical background and professional presence in the XENONI PAINT markets

Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development 

  • To Build & Strengthen an effective dealers & distributor network.
  • Identify & Appoint channel partners to enhance market reach.
  •  Coordinating with the dealers to assist them to promote the product.
  •  Monitoring channel sales & marketing activities.
  •  Build a strong relationship with customer
  •  Revenue & Collection

Skills/Experience

  • Qualified to graduate level in a relevant degree preferably not more 32
    years of age;
  •  A minimum of 2 to 3 years previous sales experience, supported by proof
    of meeting or exceeding targets and positive customer references (Paint
    Industry Candidates Preferred);
  • Experience in Channel Sales (Appointing Distributors and Dealers)
    Promoting Brand in assigned territory;
  • A commercially aware self-starter who is able to work with minimum
    management to achieve targets;
  • Technically able to present our solutions both on site and online and
    deliver quality sales demonstrations focusing on key business drivers and
    functional requirement;
  • Skilled and experienced in Contract negotiation and completion;
ISO Certification

ISO certification is a seal of approval from an External body where by a company complies to one of the internationally recognized ISO Management System
